Each year FECCA runs Access and Equity Community Consultations across
Australia. This survey is part of the consultation process. It is designed
specifically to hear the stories and thoughts of CALD consumers accessing
core government services.

This survey helps FECCA provide feedback to the government on what is
working, what is not working and present innovative ideas that could help
the government provide better service provision to CALD consumers.
